Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• Minimum 50% advance is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before departure.

Visa & Airfare:

• Visa fee and airfare are not included in the package price.
• Travelers are responsible for providing correct documents for visa processing.
• Visa approval is at the discretion of the Thailand Embassy. The agency is not responsible for rejection or delay.

Hotel & Accommodation:

• Hotel is based on twin sharing accommodation.
• Hotel names mentioned are subject to availability; similar category hotels will be provided if necessary.
• Extra charges will apply for single occupancy or extra person.

Itinerary & Services:

• Itinerary may be subject to change due to flight schedules, weather, or local conditions.
• No refund will be made for any unused services during the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15+ days before departure: 80% refund (excluding processing fees)
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Travel Documents:

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Travelers must carry all original documents during the tour.
