Terms & Conditions

Package Price:

• The quoted price is BDT 1,03,500/- per person and is based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
• Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to airfare fluctuations or hotel rate changes.

Payment Policy:

• A minimum 60% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• The balance 40% must be paid at least 7 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Visa Responsibility:

• Visa fees are not included in the package.
• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary documents for visa processing.
• The agency will assist with the process, but is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.
• The agency will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

Flight Details:

• Airfare is included in the package. However, flight timing and availability are subject to change by the airline.
• Reconfirmation of flight details is the traveler’s responsibility 24 hours before departure.

Hotel Policy:

• Hotels are based on availability and may be substituted with a similar standard 3-star hotel if needed.
• Check-in time is typically 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional cost.

Child Policy:

• Child rates apply to children below 10 years sharing a room with two adults without an extra bed.
• Children above 10 years will be charged as an adult.

Tour Itinerary:

• The itinerary is subject to change depending on local conditions, flight schedules, and unforeseen circumstances.

Liability:

• The agency acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay arising during the tour.
