 Booking & Payment:

• A minimum advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad).

 Package Inclusions & Exclusions:

• This package includes only the services clearly mentioned in the “Package Includes” section.
• The package price does not cover international airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, or any meals/services not mentioned in the itinerary.

 Flight & Visa:

• The package does not include air tickets or visa processing fees.
• Airfare is approx. Tk. 1,10,000 per adult and may vary depending on availability and season.
• Mauritius visa fees are currently Tk. 6,000 per person and must be arranged before travel.

Hotel Policy:

• Hotel accommodation is provided at Coral Azur Beach Resort or a similar 3-star hotel.
• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs | Check-out time: 11:00 hrs
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

 Child & Extra Bed Policy:

• Child rates apply for children under 10 years sharing room with parents.
• Extra bed or child bed charges apply as per hotel policy and availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days before travel: 90% refund (excluding non-refundable fees)
• 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to processing fees.
