Terms & Conditions:

Booking & Payment:

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
• All payments are non-refundable once the visa is issued or tickets are confirmed.

Tour Validity:

• The package is excluding peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Easter, or national holidays).

Visa & Airfare:

• Airfare and visa fees are not included in the package price.
• Mauritius tourist visa cost is approximately Tk. 6,000 per person and subject to change.
• Airfare cost is approx. Tk. 1,10,000 per adult but may vary depending on the airline and booking date.

Hotel Accommodation:

• Accommodation is based on twin sharing.
• Hotel check-in is generally at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charge.

Meals & Inclusions:

• Daily breakfast is included.
• Other meals (lunch/dinner) are not included unless mentioned.
• Bottled water and drinks during meals are excluded unless specified.

Tour Activities:

• All activities and tours are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled or substituted without prior notice.
• Whale watching is a natural experience – sightings are not guaranteed.

Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is not included but strongly recommended.
