Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Phase 2: The remaining 30% must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the travel date.

Day 1: Arrival – Check in Hotel

• Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, meet and transfer to the hotel by a local representative. Free and stay at the hotel

Day 2: Hulhumale (B)

• After breakfast, enjoy the beauty of the beach.

Day 3: Airport transfer out (B)

• After breakfast, Hotel to Airport drop by our representative Back to Dhaka

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy:

• A minimum of 2 adults is required to avail the package.
• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total package price is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 30% must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the departure date.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in booking cancellation without prior notice.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy :

• All sales are final, and cancellations will incur a 100% penalty.
• No refund will be provided for:
  • Unused services.
  • No-shows or delays due to personal reasons.
  • Shortened duration of stay.
• It is strongly advised to finalize travel dates before booking to avoid penalties.

Travel & Accommodation:

• Hotel accommodations will be provided as per the mentioned category (3-Star Ripple Beach Inn or similar).
• Hotel availability is subject to change; equivalent alternatives will be offered if necessary.
• Check-in and check-out times follow the hotel policy.
• Additional charges will apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions:

• The package includes services as clearly stated under “Package Includes”.
• Services not mentioned under “Package Includes” will be treated as exclusions and charged separately.

Surcharges & Extra Costs:

• Local Government Fee: RM 500 per room/night.
• Tourism Tax: RM 10 per room/night.
• Midnight Transfer Surcharge (2300 hrs–0700 hrs): Tk. 1,000 per person.
• Weekend hotel surcharge may apply for stays on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Any increase in local government charges or taxes will be passed on to the traveler.

 Changes & Modifications:

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances, availability, or safety concerns.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.), the operator will not be held responsible for changes in itinerary or additional costs.

Responsibility & Liability:

• Acts only as an agent and is not responsible for:
  • Airline delays, flight schedule changes, or missed connections.
  • Lost or delayed baggage.
  • Traveler’s personal expenses, damages, or losses during the tour.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid documents, visas, and comply with local laws and regulations.

EMI & Payment Options:

• 0% EMI facility available only through listed banks.
• EMI processing is subject to the issuing bank’s approval and terms.
• Travelers are responsible for understanding the EMI terms with their bank before booking.

Health & Travel Insurance:

• Travelers are advised to carry valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, health emergencies, and baggage loss.
