Visa & Passport:

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

• The agency will assist with visa documentation but is not responsible for visa approval or rejection.

Flight Irregularities:

• In case of flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations, additional hotel nights and transfers will be at the traveler’s expense.
• The itinerary will not be adjusted for flight delays unless they significantly impact travel.
