• The published price is on a per person basis for double sharing occupancy.
• Prices are based on current exchange rates and may vary due to currency fluctuation, tax changes, or supplier rate revisions.

Booking & Payment:

• 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
• The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.
• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through bank transfer, card, or cash.

Travel Documents:

• Travelers must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and Mexico visa.
• We can assist with visa processing; however, approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy.
• All visa charges are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

Flight & Visa:

• International airfare is not included in the package price.
• Approximate airfare is mentioned for informational purposes only and subject to change at the time of booking.
• Visa fees and processing time are not included unless stated otherwise.

Accommodation:

• Hotel names mentioned are tentative. Similar category hotels will be provided if original options are unavailable.
