Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Day 01: Dhaka – Kuala Lumpur – Genting Highlands

• Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred directly to your hotel in Genting Highlands. Enjoy the scenic drive as you ascend into the cool highlands. The rest of the day is free for leisure to relax or explore on your own.
  Overnight stay in Genting Highlands.

Day 02: Genting Highlands Tour – Transfer To Kuala Lumpur

• Breakfast at the hotel.
  After breakfast, enjoy a full day at Genting Highlands, Malaysia’s premier hill resort. After the tour, proceed to Kuala Lumpur and check-in to your hotel.
  Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 03: Half Day Kuala Lumpur City Tour

• Breakfast at the hotel.
  Embark on a half-day city tour of Kuala Lumpur with private car and driver. Discover the heritage, culture, and modern marvels of Malaysia’s capital. Return to your hotel after the tour.
  Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.

 Day 04: Kuala Lumpur – Dhaka

• Breakfast at the hotel.
  Enjoy your final morning at leisure. After check-out, you’ll be transferred to Kuala Lumpur International Airport for your return flight to Dhaka.

Terms & Conditions

 Booking & Payment:

• A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour package price is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.
• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise agreed.

 Cancellation Policy:

• 15 days or more prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• No refund for unused services once the tour begins

Passport & Visa Requirements:

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
• Travelers are responsible for obtaining a valid Malaysia tourist visa before departure.
• We offer visa assistance upon request, subject to additional charges.

Child Policy:

• Child rates apply for children aged 2 to 11 years sharing a room with two adults.
• Children under 2 years travel free (no seat or bed provided).
• Child requiring an extra bed will be charged accordingly.

Hotel Check-in & Check-out Times:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Changes & Amendments:

• Any change to the itinerary must be made in writing and is subject to availability and extra charges.
• Changes requested less than 72 hours before departure are not guaranteed.

• We highly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure to cover trip cancellation, health emergencies, and baggage loss.
