Terms & Conditions

General Conditions:

• This package is valid for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
• All tours and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The package itinerary may be modified depending on flight schedules, hotel availability, and local circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated to the travelers in advance.
• The conversion rate from USD to BDT used in pricing is subject to change at the time of final booking. If the conversion rate fluctuates, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, early check-out, or reduced duration of stay once the package has started.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or government policy changes.
• We have applied a 5% discount on the published package price. This discount is not applicable to EMI-based payments (up to a maximum of 6 months).

 Hotel Policies:

• Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply (typically check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM).
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Room categories and preferences (e.g., double/twin bed, top floor, view room) are based on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Any request for room changes must be communicated directly with hotel reception upon arrival.

Flight & Schedule Policies:

• If the airline changes flight schedules (before or during the tour), hotel reservations will not be adjusted under the non-refundable policy. Any additional accommodation or service costs due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.
• It will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by airlines, including flight delays, cancellations, or missing luggage.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Once confirmed, the package is non-refundable, except in cases of documented visa denial or force majeure.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per hotel, airline, and service provider policies.
• In the case of visa rejection, service charges and any non-refundable costs (such as air tickets, visa fee, hotel bookings) will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Additional Information:

• Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for medical emergencies, travel delays, or cancellations.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Mauritian Immigration Authority.
