Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• Booking Confirmation: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 14 working days prior to the departure date.
• Payment Modes: We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, and mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Transaction charges may apply.

 Airfare & Visa:

• International Airfare (Dhaka–Mexico–Dhaka) is not included in the package price. Estimated cost: Tk. 2,30,000 per adult, subject to availability and market rates.
• Domestic Flights (if needed during the trip) are not included.
• Visa Processing: Mexico visa fee is excluded from the package. Our team can assist in documentation support upon request, but visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy.

Accommodation & Inclusions:

• Package is based on twin/double sharing accommodation in 3-star hotels. Single occupancy available at additional cost.
• Daily breakfast at the hotel is included.
• All sightseeing tours and entrance fees as per the itinerary are included.
• English-speaking guides will accompany during tours.
• Round-trip airport transfers in Mexico are included.

 Changes & Cancellations:

• Date Change Requests must be made at least 21 days prior to departure and are subject to availability and airline/hotel policy.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after written cancellation.

Travel Advisory:

• The company is not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, visa rejections, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
• Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date
