Day 3: Taman Negara to Cameron Highlands

Day 4: Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur (B)

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

• A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital payment platforms.
• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from our end.

 Cancellation Policy:

• More than 15 days before travel: 25% of total cost will be charged.
• 8–14 days before travel: 50% of total cost will be charged.
• 7 days or less before travel / No-show: 100% of total cost will be charged.
• Visa rejection will not be considered a valid reason for free cancellation.

Visa & Passport:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
• Visa charges are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
• We can assist with the visa application process, but do not guarantee approval.

Transfers & Tours:

• All airport and intercity transfers are on a private basis.
• All tours are on a sharing basis, unless otherwise specified.
• Midnight airport transfers (between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM) incur an extra surcharge of USD 7/pax.

Hotel Policies:

• Room check-in time: 2:00 PM, check-out time: 12:00 PM (standard hotel policy).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• A local tourism tax of RM 10/room/night and local government fee of RM 3/room/night are to be paid directly at the hotel.
• Weekend surcharge applies if the hotel stay includes Saturday or Sunday.

 Meals & Special Requests:

• Meals mentioned (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner) are included.
• Any special dietary request must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Additional meals, drinks, and snacks are not included unless specified.

Optional Tours & Activities:

• Theme Park entrance fees, optional garden visits, or indoor/outdoor rides at Genting Highlands are not included.
• Optional tours can be arranged at additional cost and subject to availability.

Child Policy:

• Children under 2 years – Free of charge (no seat/meals/bed).
• Child rates apply for 2–10 years sharing bed with parents.
• Extra bed charges may apply for older children.

Responsibility & Liability:

• We act as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers.
• We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from third-party services.
• Any itinerary changes due to weather, political conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
