Visa Requirement
Citizens of Bangladesh require a visa to travel to Costa Rica.
There is no Embassy or Consulate of Costa Rica in Bangladesh. Visa applications must be submitted through the Costa Rican Embassy in New Delhi, India.
However, ShareTrip Ltd provides logistics and processing support, so you do not need to visit the embassy in person.

Tourist Visa Requirements

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond entry)

• Completed Visa Application Form

• One (1) color passport-sized photograph (2×2 inch)

• Photocopy of itinerary or temporary airline/bus ticket reservation (Pre-paid ticket not mandatory before approval)

• Proof of economic solvency (bank statements/salary slips for last 3 months)

• Police Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (translated into Spanish and authenticated with “Apostille”)

• Proof of purpose of travel (such as hotel bookings, tour plan, etc.)

• Additional documents may be required at the discretion of the Embassy

Business Visa Requirements

• Passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond entry)

• Completed Visa Application Form

• One (1) color passport-sized photograph (2×2 inch)

• Copy of travel itinerary (temporary booking acceptable)

• Invitation letter from Costa Rican business partner with business purpose and stay details

• Proof of sufficient funds

• Police Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (translated and apostilled)

• Other documents may be requested depending on the applicant’s profile

• All travelers to Costa Rica must present a Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

• Submitting all required documents does not guarantee visa approval

• If your visa application is rejected, you must wait six (6) months before applying again
