Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Phase 2: The remaining 30% must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the travel date.

• All sales are final, and cancellations will incur a 100% penalty.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

• Airport pickup & hotel check-in
• Overnight at Hotel Marshyangdi or similar

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

• Visit Pashupatinath Temple, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Chandragiri Cable Car Ride (entry fees extra)
• Overnight stay in Kathmandu

Day 3: Transfer to Nagarkot

• Scenic drive to Nagarkot
• Check-in at Hotel Gaurishankar or similar
• Enjoy a panoramic sunset view of the Himalayas

Day 4: Sunrise & Departure

• Witness a breathtaking sunrise
• Transfer back to Kathmandu Airport for departure

Terms & Conditions

 Booking & Payment:

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 10 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or mobile banking.

Visa & Immigration:

• Visa processing time is approximately 5–7 working days.
• Approval or rejection of the visa is solely at the discretion of the Malaysia High Commission.
• In case of visa refusal, service charges will be non-refundable.

Accommodation:

• Hotels will be confirmed as per availability or a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and extra charges.

 Transfers & Tours:

• Airport transfers are applicable between 07:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs only.
• Midnight arrival/departure transfers will incur an additional surcharge of USD 7 per person.
• All tours and transfers are operated on a seat-in-coach (SIC) basis unless specified otherwise.

 Package Pricing:

• Package prices are quoted per person and based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Peak season surcharges may apply during public holidays, special events, or weekends.

Exclusions & Additional Costs:

• Tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night to be paid directly at the hotel.
• Meals, tips, personal expenses, and any other services not mentioned in the inclusion list are excluded.
• Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended.
