Booking & Payment:

• A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 10 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital payment methods.

 Visa & Travel Documents:

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa processing is the sole responsibility of the traveler. We can assist with guidance if required.
• All travelers must carry proper documentation and meet the immigration requirements of the Philippines.

Changes & Delays:

• Traveler’s Holiday is not responsible for delays due to flight cancellations, weather, or any force majeure.
• Any changes requested by the traveler after booking confirmation will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Hotel Policy:

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
• Hotel rooms are subject to availability. A similar category hotel will be provided in case of unavailability.
